Move, Reconfigure & Relocation Services

Whether you are relocating an entire office, reorganizing a department or expanding your existing workspace, Workspace can manage the details from planning through completion.

Based in Southern Oregon, we provide commercial office moving, furniture relocation and workspace reconfiguration services throughout Oregon. We support projects of every size—from moving a few offices or adjusting several workstations to coordinating a complete, multi-floor business relocation.

Our own vehicle fleet, trained service team and specialized moving equipment—including carts, dollies and furniture-handling tools—allow us to complete moves safely and efficiently. Because the people planning, transporting and installing your furniture work together as one team, we can streamline the process, reduce unnecessary handling and help your organization return to work sooner.

Complete Office Moving Support

A successful office move involves more than transporting furniture from one location to another. It requires careful planning, clear communication and an organized sequence that minimizes disruption to your employees and operations.

Workspace can help coordinate each stage of your move, including:

  • Evaluating and inventorying existing furniture
  • Reviewing the new location and proposed furniture plan
  • Disassembling existing office furniture and workstations
  • Moving furniture, boxed contents and other workplace items
  • Transporting products between locations with our vehicle fleet
  • Reinstalling and leveling furniture in the new space
  • Coordinating new furniture with existing products
  • Providing temporary furniture storage when needed
  • Removing or relocating furniture that will not be reused
  • Completing final adjustments and installation punch work

When requested, we can also provide moving kits with reusable totes, boxes and other supplies to help employees pack and organize office contents. Moving kits can be labeled by employee, department or destination to help keep the relocation organized and make placement at the new location more efficient.

Our project management and service teams work together to make sure that furniture and contents arrive in the correct location so your employees can settle in and return to work as quickly as possible.

Office Furniture Reconfiguration

Your organization does not necessarily need to relocate to benefit from a better workspace. As teams grow and workplace needs change, existing furniture can often be rearranged or reconfigured to create additional workstations, improve circulation or make more effective use of the available space.

Workspace can assess your current furniture and recommend practical options for:

  • Adding employees or workstations
  • Expanding an existing department
  • Reconfiguring cubicles and modular furniture
  • Moving individual offices or teams
  • Creating more collaborative space
  • Improving privacy or acoustics
  • Reusing furniture in a new layout
  • Integrating new components with existing furniture
  • Consolidating departments or reducing your footprint
  • Preparing a workspace for a new tenant or use

Our design and space-planning team can review your existing products, determine what can be reused and help develop a layout that supports your current and future needs. When additional components are required, we can help identify compatible products and recommend a practical, cost-effective solution.

An Efficient, Fully Equipped Moving Team

Workspace maintains its own vehicle fleet and employs a trained service and installation team experienced in commercial office environments. Our crews arrive with the carts, dollies, furniture protection and specialized tools needed to move office furniture and contents efficiently.

Having the vehicles, equipment and trained personnel under one roof allows us to coordinate each phase of the project—from initial planning and packing support through transportation, reinstallation and final adjustments. This integrated approach helps reduce downtime, avoid unnecessary handoffs and keep the move progressing according to schedule.

Because we specialize in commercial furniture, our team understands how to safely disassemble, move, reconfigure and reinstall modular workstations, panel systems, private-office furniture, conference rooms, height-adjustable desks, storage systems and products from a wide range of manufacturers.

Emergency Furniture Teardown and Relocation

Unexpected events such as water leaks, flooding or building damage may require furniture to be removed quickly so cleanup and restoration work can begin.

Workspace can provide responsive commercial furniture teardown, relocation and storage support in emergency situations. Depending on the circumstances, our team can help:

  • Disassemble workstations and office furniture
  • Move furniture and contents away from affected areas
  • Coordinate furniture removal with restoration contractors
  • Transport products to another location
  • Store furniture temporarily at our Medford warehouse
  • Assess furniture for visible damage
  • Reinstall or reconfigure furniture after the space is ready

When time is critical, having a local vehicle fleet, trained team and the proper moving equipment allows us to respond efficiently, protect reusable furniture and help reduce delays during recovery.
